These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

 

2. Products and Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to provide accurate information regarding product descriptions, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Payment and Order Processing

We accept payments through secure payment methods. Orders will be processed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.

 

4. Cancellation & no shows

All cancellation must be done at least 24 hours in advance and are subjected to confirmation. For all holiday orders this should be done before december 18th. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance on your bill.

 

In the event of a no-show the full outstanding balance will remain payable and must be settled before any future orders can be placed. 

 

5. All Sales Are Final

Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been made. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24hours of receiving the product to address any concerns.
